Incident Management
Whenever an incident occurs on a project, our accident investigation team promptly gathers all relevant data and shares the “lessons learned” with the project management team and related departments. Our goal is to minimize any serious harm to people and prevent loss of property.

We maintain effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Project Management Systems (PMS) applied throughout all project life cycle phases. Compliance with applicable regulations, standards, specifications, and codes is verified through objective evidence including reviews, quality control, monitoring, and audits.
This rigorous process ensures that all designs, equipment, materials, construction, commissioning, start-up, and certification meet the highest standards.
