Our History We launched contracting activities in 1962 in south oil fields of Iran. As we believe that serving the mankind is the most supreme goal of human beings and social organizations. With this belief, we have chosen entrepreneurship in the field of construction and production as the best means to reach this supreme goal. Today, with much pride, we state that after half a century of working uninterruptedly and without any failure in performing commitments, JAHANPARS has consolidated its position as a leading General Contractor in Iran and the region. Our colleagues, in this respect, have made unprecedented achievements in wide range of construction and production fields such as oil & gas refineries, petrochemical complexes, steel, power and other industrial plants, all types of pipelines, irrigation and water conveyance networks and infra-structural works. The outlook of group’s future in addition to extension of activities in Iran envisages market development at international levels and more particularly, penetrating into the regional markets towards which we have already taken considerable steps. 1964 - Personal Contractor Code After several years of working experience as quality control specialist, the founder could get his personal contractor code and thereafter the journey started. 1976 - Company Establishment Relying over a decade of successful experience in construction as a family group, we established Houston Engineering Company in Ahvaz to empower our strength and capability as a corporation. 1980 - Revolution In line with our sustainable development strategy, we did sign NGL 3100 contract almost 6 days after referendum with transitional government in Iran. 1984 - New Era, New Presence We decided to expand our presence in the market with a new face, JAHANPARS. 1994 - Business Diversification We applied development strategies, accordingly we penetrated new segments. 2003 - Restructuring Change the structure of the company direction from Construction (C) to Engineering, Procurement and Construction(EPC) 2007 - Vertical Development Strategy Along with the rapid and increasing developments of the industry as well as the firm belief of the senior management on maximum self-sufficiency, a set of specialized subsidiaries was formed 2010 - Group Formation Due to the multiplicity and diversity of subsidiaries and for an integrated and coordinated management of the companies, JAHANPARS was restructured from a single-purpose contracting company to a multi-specialized group company. 2012 - Key Player of Oil Field Development By implementing a multitude of high quality projects in different areas for our clients on due date, we became a key company in development of oil fields by playing effective roles in mega projects. 2013 - Overseas Operation Penetrating and entering into international markets especially in our region was our updated strategy and vision which we achieved by our highly qualified colleagues and professional services. 2017 - Truly Mega Project We proudly participated in the execution of Bid Boland 2 Gas Refinery mega project 2019 - Railway Mega Project Client’s satisfaction in Bidboland project encouraged other clients to award their mega-sized projects in other fields like railway. 2020 - World Class Project Management Competency We have been awarded the IPMA Global Project Excellence Award in 2020.

Our success was based and due to having long term vision, observing HSE principles, adhering to sustained values such as being bound to commitments and accomplishing obligations, hard working and avoiding luxuries, complying with professional ethics, continuously developing human resources, facilities and constructional plant & equipment. Our colleagues, in this respect, have made unprecedented achievements in wide range of construction and production fields such as oil & gas refineries, petrochemical complexes, steel, power and other industrial plants, all types of pipelines, irrigation and water conveyance networks and infra-structural works.
